FRIENDS OF PEACE (Together We Build) ʀᴜʟᴇs ᴀɴᴅ ʀᴇɢᴜʟᴀᴛɪᴏɴs All members should keep note of the following: 1️⃣ All members should uphold the love and unity of the group above all personal interests. 2️⃣ Any member who attacks another member personally or engages in insulting, confrontational behavior, or fighting on the platform will be suspended for three (3) days. If the behavior continues, the member may be permanently removed from the group. 3️⃣ (Reviewed: Contributions and Dues Enforcement) Every group member shall take part in any contributions or dues officially accepted by the Executives and approved by the General Group. All payments must be made within one full month (30 days). Failure to pay within the period shall be recorded as a debt owed to the Organization, which must be cleared before a member becomes eligible for any future benefit. If a contribution is made to a member who owes previous payments, the owed amount shall be automatically deducted before the benefit is disbursed. A member who refuses to pay three (3) consecutive contributions or dues without valid reason shall be declared non-compliant and may lose group privileges until full payment is made. 4️⃣ No personal chats during programs. A member will first receive a warning. If the behavior continues, the member will be removed and only re-admitted after the program ends. 5️⃣ All comments and jokes on the platform must be taken in good faith. Members who feel offended or uncomfortable should report the matter privately to the Executives for redress. 6️⃣ Members shall adhere to the group’s dress code and attendance requirements during events and meetings. Failure to comply without valid reason may result in warning, fine, or suspension. 7️⃣ Members who post fake news, political content, or engage in divisive discussions shall be suspended for three (3) days. 8️⃣ Members should contribute ideas and feedback to improve group activities. Consistent refusal to participate or support group initiatives may result in loss of roles or privileges. 9️⃣ New members must send a clear picture within 12 hours of joining the group. Any member who remains inactive for more than three (3) days after joining shall be removed. 1️⃣0️⃣ Any personal issues affecting a member should be reported to the Executives. Serious matters will be referred to the Main Group for discussion and assistance. 1️⃣1️⃣ Members must not leave the group without first informing the Executives. Leaving without notice attracts a three-day suspension for the first offense. A second offense will lead to permanent removal from the group. 1️⃣2️⃣ Members who refuse to attend Executive invitations or show clear disinterest in the group’s affairs may be removed. Any member proven to be a threat to the group’s peace may also be removed without consultation. 1️⃣3️⃣ All new members must pay the approved Registration Fee and at least three months of dues, as determined by the Financial Board. After three months of active membership, the member becomes eligible to receive group contributions when necessary. 1️⃣4️⃣ Members who refuse to pay a contribution will no longer be removed immediately but will owe the amount as a financial debt. After three (3) consecutive refusals, the member will be evicted from the group until all arrears are paid. 1️⃣5️⃣ Relationships and marriages are permitted and supported within the group, provided they do not disrupt peace or unity. 1️⃣6️⃣ A member is eligible to collect contributions from the group in the following cases: Death of a parent, spouse, or immediate family member; Marriage; Serious illness or accident; When the member has previously contributed to others’ support. All such benefits are subject to verification and confirmation by the Financial and Executive Boards. Additional Rules for Strengthened Governance 17️⃣ Automatic Deduction Clause If a member who owes contribution arrears qualifies for any benefit, the amount owed shall be automatically deducted from that benefit. 18️⃣ Public Notice Clause Persistent refusal to pay dues or contributions may be announced to the group by the Financial Board — not to embarrass the member, but to ensure transparency and accountability. 19️⃣ Replacement Clause Members who continually fail to meet their financial obligations or show no commitment may be replaced with more active and responsible members after due consultation with the Management Board. 20️⃣ Exemption Clause Members facing genuine hardship may apply for temporary exemption through the Financial Board. Such requests will be reviewed and approved only after verification and recommendation to the Executive Board. 21️⃣ Enforcement All rules and regulations shall be binding and enforced by the Executive and Judicial bodies of the Organization in accordance with the O.O.J.
